Ads on www.cinetools.xyz are blocked and the page displays an error

My script blocker and windows smart screen filtering do not like the ads that page shows. The script blocker cannot be disabled.

And if I do bypass it I get this page when I follow the links :

Surely there is a better host for the tool ?
