README.md addendum - autoload XIPivot Installation Instruction

Please consider adding an installation instruction in the README.md to tell users to add

lua load XIPivot

to the top of the init.txt file in Windower\scripts. Or else XIPivot won't be able to alter parts of the game like the Splash screen, which XIPivot can alter, but not after you load it the first time. Example image below:
