Auto loading of overlay

I've specified only one overlay in the pivot.ini file.
I load the overlay using the in-game UI. No issues present itself. After some number of times loading the game, the overlay just spontaneously unloads and I have to reload it in the UI manually. Below is my pivot.ini
Not sure what else I need to do to make this persistent.
