Add a list of patterns and examples of implementations of those patterns

For example Read-only pattern (makes synchronization one-way), useful, when you want to represent data in few different formats, but make it editable only for one of those formats. (for example in the destination structure create :first-name :last-name :full-name-read-only keys).
