StarDist_3D_ZeroCostDL4Mic notebook issue installing dependencies #337
Description
In the Stardist 3D collab notebook, there is an issue with section 1.1 Install Stardist in the code cell "Install Stardist and Dependencies" when running in Colab on Chrome. I believe there is an issue with compatibility of the dependencies. Unfortunately I cannot paste the error below since I have no colab compute units available at the moment to reproduce the error I received yesterday :) However, the issue can be reproduced by running the first code cell.
