Please consider adding an option for customers to tick a box on checkout so they can be involved in future marketing emails for events and add an option in "messages" tab dropdown for users that are signed up to comply with GDPR.

Thanks for the suggestion, @JakeQue22! I like the idea to update messages to only target attendees who have opted in.
