Add more actions on the search page

Enable users to apply modifications on several scenes at the same times via the search page.
These actions could include :

• Adding / removing tags
• Adding / removing rights
• Archiving

These actions may require new API routes. As of now, these operations use the routes /scenes/<name of the scene/... which are not intended for bulk modification.
On fail : revert all actions and ideally send a list of all the operations that would fail and their corresponding scene.
