同时有的节点还会报Main node is time out, now trying to view change

我进行了一个16分片每个分片4节点的测试在amd服务器上，同时我设置了对应的iptable

看样子是 iptable 仅有 4 个分片，但是你设置了 16 个分片。这导致一部分节点没有被分配 ip，导致这部分节点启动失败了；
另外 Main node is time out, now trying to view change 是 view change 导致的问题，可以查找一下每个分片的 0 号节点日志，看看日志中记录了问题
