Set my dinamixels id to 200+, now none are detected

Hi, I've changed 8 dynamixels ids to 200-207, and now I can no longer detect any of my dynamixels. The dynamixels are AX-12A and AX-18.

I tried factory resetting them with https://github.com/ROBOTIS-GIT/DynamixelSDK but it says 

> [TxRxResult] There is no status packet!

Everything worked fine before I changed the ids. Any idea how I can fix this?
