Use has_context relationship instead of has_BCI_context

In a meeting with Robert and Janna (03-10-2025), we agreed that we would create a has_context relationship, which would simplify the different context relationships proposed in BCIO and GMHO.

The definition of the has_context relationship is "A relationship that specifies the context in which a process happens.". The domain is "process" and the range is "context process". It is a TopObjectProperty,

Note: We might need to wait for me to release the ontology again to implement these changes.

We decided in the BCIO development meeting on the 25/11/2025 to follow this suggestion, create has_context and make the relationship "has_BCI_context" obsolete.

@micaelasantilli please let us know once the context process class has been created so we can import it to make this relationship

I have added the has context relationship (BCIOR:000021). I have not been able to obsolete has_BCI_context yet as we currently do not have a mechanism to obsolete relationships.
