Two classes in the BCTO need to be reorganised in the hierarchy

The class 'promise reduced frequency of aversive consequence for behaviour BCT' is a subclass of 'promise aversive consequence for behaviour BCT'. However, the class involves reducing negative consequences and, therefore, should be organised as a subclass of 'promise positive consequence for behaviour BCT'.

Similarly, the class 'promise reduced frequency of positive consequence for behaviour BCT' is a subclass of 'promise positive consequence for behaviour BCT'. However, reduced positive consequences would be a negative consequence. Therefore, consider changing the parent class to 'promise aversive consequence for behaviour BCT'.
