Making BCIO more usable across interventions #1165

Description

@micaelasantilli

I would like to reuse some BCIO classes for the Mental Health Ontology, but the current hierarchy is limiting this. Specifically, I want to use the mode of delivery classes; however, they are currently organized under "behaviour change intervention attribute" and "behaviour change intervention mode of delivery", which makes them specific to behavior change interventions.

I’d like to discuss potential solutions. I believe it would be useful if these classes were organized under broader GMHO classes, “intervention attribute” and “intervention mode of delivery”, allowing them to be reused for mental health interventions as well.

This issue may also be relevant to other lower-level ontologies.
