Repeated classes: Import from ENVO vs BCIO

Hi all,

In scrolling through bciosearch, I noticed we have duplicates of the classes "rural area" and "urban area", with one being imported from ENVO and one from BCIO. The definitions are different from each other

e.g. BCIO rural area: A population and resource density that involves being outside of an urban or suburban area and has a low density of population and buildings.
ENVO rural area: An area which is outside of a town, city, or urban area. Rural areas are primarily used for agriculture or pastoralism and may contain rural settlements

We need to ensure we only have one class of this name.
