need help with broken models

Hi, sorry for disturbing but maybe you could help me. I was trying to set some skins on Genshin with your mod launcher, and I was doing everything right with the guides, I believe, but whatever I do they still not working and looking like this (if the image isn't opening they're simply just look broken)

I'll very much appreciate if you could help me....
