Recursive disabled temporarily must be re-enabled when upstream issue fixed

Description

Recursive device testing has been disabled due to a bug in upstream parsec (pr #83 #88 ).

When the underlying issue is resolved ICLDisco/parsec#548, we should re-enable testing recursive capability.
