Refactor unnecessarily instantiable classes to static methods #19

Description

@jorgelf

In my opinion, some classes could easily be refactored as simple Javascript methods because they don't really have an inner state (in Java they could be static classes). This includes, for example, ControlLoader, which is always created with some parameters and immediately after that executes a method that uses those parameters, with no further access on them.
In any case, I don't see this as a major complaint and I'd wait for a new version to clean this, because maybe we think of new improvements which could make use of the instantiable classes.
