Issues triggering instance refresh

I am seeing the following during execution

asg-instance-refresh --region eu-central-1 --strategy infura-refresh <ASG>                                                                       21:52:50
NoCredentialProviders: no valid providers in chain. Deprecated.
        For verbose messaging see aws.Config.CredentialsChainVerboseErrors

I also don't see a refresh happening. Do I need to set some credentials?
