Dear @aliraeini,
I tried running pnextract.exe (on windows from powershell) for my porous plug micro-CT segmented image and it just finishes after "computing distance map for index 0" step without any output (pic. attached). Same happens for my bead pack sample.
I tried to run it on core images from Imperial as well as on my own core images and it works perfectly.
I attached my files for porous plug.
Could you please help me with solving this issue? Is there parameter I can adjust?
