Chord Autocomplete On in Hard Mode

Right now chord auto-complete exists in all difficulty modes, including hard mode, which I think is an error (hard mode is advertised as being LEDs-only - no other aids. This should be removed so that the note only advances when you play the chord fully and correctly.
