Rob-2 reconcile #364
Description
Lots of issues with text areas in reconcile (should be using the noteeditor), also selects not using select elements, separator line styling.
"Select the deviations from intended intervention that should be addressed" shows up in reconcile but not in checklist form
Reconcile should auto select NA for skipped questions due to them not being necessary in the flow diagram
Should be clear in reconcile which questions are skipped, and maybe per user?
