Force or not an input on "Send to" parameter on consumablerequest action

Hello,

Having installed the GLPI consumables plugin to meet the needs of our users, it was pointed out to me the need (or not depending on the initial configuration) to make it mandatory to enter the "Give to" parameter when entering a request of consumable (consumablerequest).

Knowing that all other entries in this form are mandatory, can you create a plugin configuration page that might define the obligation to enter this "Give to" field, leaving everyone free to decide its requirement.

  -> The following steps are performed after logging into the GLPI application.
  1- Go to main plugin page on URL http://localhost/plugins/consumables/front/wizard.php
  2- Click on "Consumables Request"
  /plugins/consumables/front/wizard.form.php?action=consumablerequest
  3- Fill in the fields
  4- You can validate the Form, even if you don't mention any information on the "Give to" field.

• Expected result :

• Configure consumables plugin to force giving a "Send to" parameter.

• Actual result :

• It is is free to leave this "Send to" parameter blank
