The number of purposes returned by getVendorConsents is not correct

When we use method getVendorConsents, sometimes it returns 24 purposes (while the maximum existing is 5 or so).

1) Go to mobile version of the webisite
2) Click accept all in CMP
3) Run the method for the saved consent string
