Propose changing the repo name.

There is a number of repos created in the community thats name is ambiguous.

Im proposing that we have a naming convention to clear up the repos purpose.

[product/project name]-[purpose]-[framework/language] e.g. investec-api-ruby

In this case:
investec-open-api-sdk-ruby

[stevebissett]

Most of the repo assumes usage within Rails, so likely better investec-open-api-rails at least until #18 is resolved.
