hey, if the creator of the mod doesn't respond, well there are 2 choices :
one : if you are determined you could rebuild it by yourself in the version you want(not sure abt that but u can still try)
two : if u dunno or you don't wanna learn informatic there is still https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/hostile-neural-networks but it isn't compatible with mods special loot like the ender dragon would drop a dragon heart with draconic evolution
or with any mob would drop inferium essence with mystical agriculture
