I followed your instructions exactly, did the restart ,

I don't see that I did anything wrong.

It is not installing torchaudio.

Yes someone raised this issue some weeks ago but I have been busy with other stuff. I just set the torch torchvision and torchaudio versions based on your error message and it worked. Please confirm if it's working at your end.

Thanks for the reply. I got it to work. My steps if I remember correctly. 1) Ran environment setup.2) I created a cell to pip install tourchaudio. Ran that.3) Did a Resource restart4) Ran the environment setup again. 5) Did an image to video and it worked.
