tooltip error after unlocking a cel5 feature #2208

Describe the bug
The Glyph Filter tooltip stays the same even after unlocking the Sacrifice Type feature.
To Reproduce
If applicable, steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Have the Sacrifice Type feature unlocked
- Hover over the questionmark in the glyph filter subtab to see the tooltip
- See error
Expected behavior
Take into account the sacrifice type or just say "[...] it will be Sacrificed/Refined based on your Sacrifice Type setting instead."
