Changes to previously reported time in view treatment log is not getting saved

I was trying to edit a previous record

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to account
2. Click on View treatment log
3. Trying to edit Record ( was trying to manage record for Day 6)
4. Change time from AM to PM
5. Click on Save Changes

Expected: Time should change from AM to PM in the records for day 6
Actual : Time is still displayed in AM
