Hi, we are trying to use multi-fish pipeline to process EASI-FISH data obtained from an Olympus Confocal microscope.
Unfortunately, the data format is different so we cannot just load the raw data into the pipeline.
Do you have plans to allow other file types as an input? E.g. Can we make the pipeline take a Tiff file?
An alternative way is to convert our OIR file into CZI/MVI format.

We do have plans to support other input formats for this pipeline in the future, and I'll leave this ticket open so that we can update it as we plan out the development.

To work around that currently, you would need to stitch the images yourself and produce an n5 that can be used for processing downstream of stitching. More on that here.
