[Suggestion] Make cars able to be picked up and placed in inventory

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
No necessarily, other than it would allow players to move their cars if they are stuck or move cars between places where a car would not fit.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be cool if players could run a command /vehicles pickup and it will allow them to left click a vehicle and it be added as an item in their inventory, and placed again by touching a block when holding this item
Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe a /vehicles pickup, and a /vehicles spawn for players who don't have the permission but have recently run the command /vehicles pickup.

Im a bit hesitant on this being a core feature, and definitely dont have the time to implement so unless someone creates a decent PR after the rewrite it probably wont happen, but nothing stopping someone creating another plugin to do this if they cant PR.
