[Suggestion] Vehicle Damage

1. Vehicle Damage. Not sure if this is possible, but it would be pretty cool for PvP servers to be able to run over people. Maybe in creating a Vehicle the amount can be customized, or theres a default amount done?

1. Vehicles damage is planned.
2. Objects directions is disabled for now I need to add the rotation to its namedtag so it works over server restart.
3. Hardness is planed but I’m still considering whichever method to use.

@LegoFan48737 Can you please split this issue into two, create a new one for the objects and leave this one edited for vehicles.
