Cold start time slow on macOS

I'm consistently seeing 5+ second startup times for codexctl on my mac devices:

MacBook Pro (M1 Pro)
codexctl 2026-01-26 04:29, mac arm64 binary from the release.

My guess is that nuitka's onefile unpacking is much slower on macOS than on linux, as the same test takes sub-second on my linux box.
