Create a custom dat-picker widget for use in assignment due dates that displays conflicts with UWaterloo important dates.
We already have implemented a calender service and warnings once a due date is selected within 3 days of a pending school closure. But it would be more helpful to provide this information up front, so that instructors don't need to go through trial and error.
We should be able to create a calendar view with important dates marked.
Need to think carefully about accessibility if we move away from native dat picker.
