Error when using pvtu as a block in multi-block vtm file

I have tried to use a pvtu file as one block in a vtm file.  And when visualized in Paraviwe, I got an error like: vtkXMLMultiBlockDataReader (0000025DA93E2D30): Could not create reader for file.pvtu.

Does anyone have any ideas about this problem?
