Custom http client for api limits

It would be useful to create a custom HTTP client that respects CoinGecko's free API rate limit. Currently, the limit is [30 calls per minute](https://docs.coingecko.com/reference/common-errors-rate-limit#rate-limit). Implementing this would be especially helpful for expanding and running extended tests.
