arkparser installation issue #4

Hi,
got an issue at the end of paser installation (cant screenshot it, it was to fast)
after run the arkpase_setup.bat, i got this error:
ERROR: file:///C:/Users/USERNAME/AppData/Local/Temp/.net/ASA_Save_Inspector/JAALCGqk6d4K7HXrhw3BNfrjFZusNA8%3D/data does not appear to be a Python project: neither 'setup.py' nor 'pyproject.toml' found.
