Incorrect data about Venezuela and beyond

I found that some data have incorrect order.

For example data about Venezuela rGDP_pc_USD until 2018 has an order of 10^(-8) and it is not realistic at all. Other data about Venezuela from this period also has an incorrect order.

Plot below shows log10-order of rGDP_pc_USD and we can notice that it contains not realictic points and sequences of points above and below the main trend.
