bug/feature request (ME2): transitioning gender requires changing two flags

Steps to reproduce:

1. open LE2 save file
2. Go to Plot > Player
3. Check (or uncheck) "Player is female"
4. Save file
5. Load save

Expected: Player should be female

Actual: Nothing happens

Explanation: to actually transition, you need to change both Plot > Player > Player is female and Raw Data > Player > Is Female

I don't know if this is a bug or not. Would you accept a patch that when Plot > Player > Player is female is checked, it will actually transition the player?
