Question: possible to convert DecodingKey to JWK?

I have a DER encoded public key that I need to publish as a JWK. I can't find any way to do that but perhaps I'm missing something.
If it's not implemented, any interest in a PR for that?

Right now jwk were mostly about decoding. As for the PR it doesn't how much code it would require
