Manual Masking for Standard Stars?

Thank you very much for incorporating automatic masking of standard stars in the recent version! I was wondering if there is any way to allow it to still take manual inputs on what wavelength ranges to mask like the previous version.
Or do you think the automatic masking performs well enough? If there is any documentation on how automatic masking works, that would be very helpful too!

The only change was to what the default behavior is - the functionality you are asking about is still there, worry not!

If you edit the configuration file using the instructions found here, you should be good to go. Specifically, look at increasing plot_level.
