Separate the edit page from the snippets-for-user page #12
Description
Right now you can't see a list of your own snippets in read-only mode like you can for other people. Having this view would be really useful when you want to look back on what you've done (e.g. annual reviews) and see all your snippets without the noise of al the textareas. This should be pretty quick to do since we already have the code for seeing all of someone's snippets (e.g. /?u=michelle%40khanacademy.org -- NOTE: if you're an admin then apparently you can edit anyone's snippets, so you won't be able to see the read-only page I'm describing anywhere, but I'm sure it exists!).
