Theme Github Pages Support

Hi,
I am successfully pulling the site with the emerald theme settings back to the gh-pages branch of my repo, it builds, but won't render.

The site only show the index.html, no links work an Github Pages delivers the following email notification:

The page build completed successfully, but returned the following warning:
You are attempting to use a Jekyll theme, "emerald", which is not supported by GitHub Pages. Please visit https://pages.github.com/themes/ for a list of supported themes. If you are using the "theme" configuration variable for something other than a Jekyll theme, we recommend you rename this variable throughout your site. Am I missing something or did Github stop supporting any other theme but minima?!

It seems like GitHub are working on themes, the list has evolved.
