RCS effects stay on during timewarp

As the title says if the vessel is actively making use of the RCS while you initiate a timewarp then the effects for the RCS stay on :c

Hi @HavasPothgan please post your ksp.log file. This sounds similar to bugs that have been fixed in waterfall but we can't tell what versions of things you have just from that description.
