[Feature] Test correct setup

A nice to have would be to test if the hook is properly added. You could do this by committing your own code and see if that works (or maybe failing), but I would rather have a specific command to test if the setup is correct.

👍  buenos-commit-msg is good to go!

I know it's a nice to have and not really functionality, but I think it's a good addition. Just a thought. 👍
