I debugged the HTML page and it doesn't work for a very simple reason: there is no text field for the username, and currently KeePassDX only supports entering username/password pairs.

The problem with only accepting the password field is that it will cause false positives in many forms.

I'm leaving the issue open, as it will allow us to improve Autofill with a dedicated library by URL.
But for now, I recommend using Magikeyboard.
