Possible reopen header when the mouse pointer covers the old header area.

When I'm scrolling down in a website, I have to scroll back up slightly just to force the header to reappear. it would be slightly more convenient for the end user I think, if the head just reappeared when the mouse gets near that area?

I can come up with a solution and add this to a fork, and see how it goes...
