1. Align eRx phases in lpGBT:

• Setup ECON-D to send PRBS (pseudo random binary sequence)
  (create econ object, use testParameters to change registers https://github.com/LDMX-Software/pflib/blob/main/app/tool/tasks/toa_scan.cxx#L43)
• Configure lpGBT to train phase
• Register map for lpGBT: https://github.com/LDMX-Software/pflib/blob/main/register_maps/lpgbt_regmap.yaml
