Possibly display playlist name in clear-text in the URL

This would be a big change. Instead of just including the playlist name in the encoded playlist for display once Streamly is open, display the playlist name in clear-text so that users may glance at the raw URL and know which playlist they are looking at.

Something like:

https://lnfwebsite.github.io/Streamly/#Users_playlist_name_in_clear_text&W251bGwsWyJBdmljaWkgLSBXYWtlIE1lIFVwIChMeXJpY3MpIiwyNTAsInlWamp1T3FNUUl3Il1d

This would probably result in issues with special characters and other languages.
