Chat not working on 1.21.10 Paper

So, after installing and setting up the plugin. Any other chat like /msg /tell /w /team chat is not working except for Global Chat. Any fix?

Can you elaborate on how it doesn't work?

It just does nothing when anyone use /msg (player) or any other command like /w, /team msg, /tm, /tell. Only global chat works. Nothing happens when used this commands, can't see anything in console too. When I removed interactive chat, everything works fine. I'll attach the list of plugins we are using. And yea I installed the dependencies shown on Modrinth, even runned the /papi commands.

Does it also happen when you only have InteractiveChat and its dependencies installed?
