Update binary management

There needs to be optimization: the headers of the shared library aren't needed to download, but a periodic re-download of the binaries could be useful.
A long-term solution to the PAT token based solution should be created too:

• Do not download headers
• Re-download periodically in the background the binaries (add a toggle to disable it, and a manual function, and suggest on connection errors)
