CI test harness: align pytest suite to geometry test matrix #23

Depends on
- Implement executable gate primitives (G1–G4) from geometry spec #22 (gate implementations)
Scope
Build pytest test suite that maps 1:1 to rows in docs/LVTECH_RUNTIME_GEOMETRY_TEST_MATRIX_v0.1.md.
Requirements
- Each test matrix row becomes a parameterised test case
- Gate boundary conditions explicitly tested
- Fail-closed behaviour verified for all undefined inputs
- CI workflow must run on every PR to
main
